Multiskilled Technician

We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Technician to join our maintenance Team.
This full time, permanent role will be based in North Dublin.
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES   Perform day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance.
  Performs painting, carpentry, furniture assembling and locksmith tasks as required.
  Respond quickly to emergency situations, securing any additional assistance as required.  Keep the workplace in a tidy manner and free of excess materials.  Plan and execute works in the most productive manner.  Comply with all safety limitations and procedures.  Record and document works completed.
  Work closely with M&E teams to support as required.  Any other duties as deemed necessary for the efficiency of the business    SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED   A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial environment  Problem-solving - to take controlled / real time approach to problems and solving them  Conscientious with a high attention to detail and an ability to multitask  Motivated self-starter, who can work both independently or as part of a team  Capable of prioritising tasks whilst possessing the ability to work under pressure  Excellent communication skills, with fluent English
