Email your CV now.As a National Account Executive, you will play a key part in supporting the Business Manager to achieve and surpass customer sales budgets, delivering on brand owner KPI's, increasing distribution, and maximizing return for our business. The individual will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work at pace, and numerical competency to provide full support to the Business Manager within their role.
Key Responsibilities/DutiesManage the agreed customer portfolio with existing and new business to meet sales objectives within agreed parameters.Promotions management:Maintain promotional calendars and trackers, including CBP.Customer portal management, including invoice reconciliation and sign off.Review and reporting of promotional activity.Launch support:Be the central point of contact internally to ensure the smooth launch of NPD.Liaise with internal departments to hit timings and comply with required reporting requirements.Collate NLF detail and load new lines onto the customer portal as relevant.Sales and promotion tracking:Maintain sales trackers across the three businesses, highlighting performance and issues.Work with the Demand Planner to ensure accuracy of forecast through correct and timely information.Trade marketing support, booking, and processing of invoicing.Christmas tracking.Stage and gate support.Provide information required for all internal and external requirements.Other support of Business Manager as directed.Experience/QualificationsRole Specific Keys: Retail industry experience and understanding.Customer and internal stakeholder engagement.Financial/numerical competency.Food industry experience and an ability to work at pace.Core Competencies: Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Listening, questioning, adaptability, and judgement.Strong analytical skills; able to collect, interpret, analyse, and report on data to provide insights that highlight potential opportunities for improvement and growth.Ability to work at a fast pace whilst maintaining quality.Proactive and ambitious, with a drive to continually improve personally and on behalf of our business.Autonomous, with a can-do attitude and willing to go above and beyond when needed.Interested in applying for this job?
