National Account Executive – Premium FMCG brandLocation: Dublin, DublinType: PermanentWe are delighted to be partnering with an FMCG brand that is putting ethics and sustainability firmly on the map – both here in Ireland and globally. To this end, we now need to hire a talented and experienced Account Manager/Account Executive to manage relationships in the UK & Ireland, with major retailers.
The ideal candidates are likely to be working in Merchandising or Account Management for a recognizable FMCG brand, and ideally selling into/managing relationships with high-end retailers and department stores, as well as additional POS opportunities such as Airport Duty Free, Pop-Up shops, and Seasonal retail opportunities. Beauty, Skincare, and Pharma would be of distinct advantage in this role.
Working closely with retailers, the role holder should have a natural talent for driving revenue/sales growth and have a good eye for opportunities that will inevitably lead to an uplift in products sold.
This is a highly collaborative role, so candidates should be familiar with working alongside other departments, such as Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain.
Role Summary:Day to day contact with customers, responding to their requirements and navigating challenges.Analysis of customer EPOS data and share insights with the Senior Leadership Team.Work alongside Trade Marketing to ensure best in class in-store executions and keeping abreast of in-store developments to share with the team.Working closely with the marketing team to ensure retailers receive support, sharing helpful and relevant marketing & social assets with retailers.Management of the in-store ambassador programme and continuously develop new ways to engage with brand ambassadors.Work with Product & Marketing team to build presentations for retailers.Carry out monthly store visits and share report with the relevant teams.Update competitor activity tracker for the relevant competitors.Work closely with other departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Digital).If the above sounds like it's a fit for your own career ambitions, please get in touch in total confidence, with ******.
