As the Customer Champion, you will be the face of their brands, working tirelessly to develop and implement mutually beneficial growth plans that deliver results. With your keen eye for detail and excellent planning and management skills, you'll be responsible for managing, leading, and developing business through specific multiple and regional accounts.
You will leverage your strong negotiation skills and category management expertise to ensure Joint Business Plans are aligned with account strategies and company objectives, maximising opportunities and delivering on product brand shares.
With your analytical prowess and ability to interpret sales data, you'll use business analytics and category insights to influence customer and company decision-making. You'll take ownership of cost price increase negotiations, ensuring timely delivery and optimum outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring promotional activity and new product listings are achieved to maximize potential.
In addition to your career experience of minimum 3-5 years in National Account Management, you will have a strong understanding of the key financial measures that drive effective performance, including ROI calculations, promotional evaluation, and sales modelling. You will be an expert in category management principles and the ability to utilize these in trade recommendations and proposals.
