You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to shape user requirements and develop design and coding patterns for consistent implementation across various environments. Some responsibilities include contributing to sprint planning, creating detailed designs, communicating these to stakeholders, and managing code updates and releases in an Azure DevOps environment. A snapshot of your key responsibilities: Utilize your expertise in software development to design, develop, and implement robust applications using different programming techniques. Leverage your experience in the ASP.NET environment to create scalable and efficient applications that meet business requirements. Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the quality and functionality of code. Experience with CMS will be considered an asset, contributing to projects where CMS integration is required. Develop and implement applications for different environments, ensuring compatibility and performance across various platforms. Create clear and comprehensive high-level and detailed design documentation, communicating effectively with both business stakeholders and the delivery team. Collaborate effectively in an agile, multi-project environment, managing multiple parallel projects and delivering new functionality within set timelines. Understand and manage the code release cycle through Azure DevOps pipelines. Lead and manage all aspects of release management, ensuring successful deployments and minimizing downtime. Utilize knowledge of SQL Server to design, implement, and optimize databases, including the creation of T-SQL queries and stored procedures. Develop and manage SSRS reports, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting for business decision-making. Experience with Dynamics CRM, particularly in integrating its database back-end with other applications. Address and remediate back-end performance issues across different environments. Provide knowledge transfer and support to peers, sharing best practices and enforcing coding standards across the development team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in .NET development. Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and related technologies. Strong experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design. Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including build and release pipelines. Experience with SSRS Reporting and CMS platforms. Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in multi-project environments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to document designs and articulate ideas clearly. Experience with Dynamics CRM and back-end integration is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
