Network Engineer

Network Engineer (Contract) 12 months €450 a day
We are looking for a contractor with a minimum of a CCNA who can work with a mid-sized high-tech firm in Cork City.
The role centres around the planning, design, and implementation of networks, including configurations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with outside vendors for work on routers, bridges, concentrators, and switches.
You will also work on plans for the design of digital/analog networks.
You will perform complex analysis of networks for the integration of front-end processors, multiplexes, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.
There will be some work on solutions for hosted and remotely managed messaging environments, maintaining messaging infrastructure including messaging server administration and messaging client troubleshooting and resolution.
