About the role As a New Business Sales Executive, reporting into our Director of Strategic & Enterprise Account Management, you'll be directly responsible for the growth of Zellis in Ireland.
You'll identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow, in a true hunter role.
Your work will involve careful planning and positioning in the Irish markets where you will drive sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of Pre-Sales, Value Management, Bid Management, Business Development, Marketing and Sales Support.
You'll implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Zellis' products and portfolio.
You'll be a key player in Zellis Ireland's growth, focused on driving net new business sales into up to 1500 employee size organisations.

This is a hybrid role working out of our Dublin office at least 1 day per week.
Your key responsibilities will include: Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
Generating leads and cold calling prospective customers.
Meeting with customers / clients face-to-face and over the phone.
Having a good understanding of the business and the needs of your customers to be able to respond effectively through value-based selling.
Reviewing client contracts to ensure they are in line with your discussions and agreements.
Having a good understanding of Zellis products or services and be able to confidently inform and advise others about them.
Discussing promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Liaising with the Pre-Sales and Bid teams as appropriate.
Skills & experience Proven experience of up to two years selling to organisations from a direct, field sales position.
Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of an on-demand / web services / Cloud / SaaS architecture.
Prior sales experience of selling cloud / SaaS technology or business applications would be advantageous (preferably HR & Payroll).
Experience maintaining accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High energy and passionate.
Results oriented with a can-do attitude.
Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
