Newly Qualified Accountant -Swords, Co Dublin 60-65,000 Hybrid A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its team based in Swords Dublin.
This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Finance Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate monthly management accounts.
Collaborate across departments to deliver financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
Support annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes.
Assist with year-end reporting, including statutory financial statements.
Act as the primary contact for external auditors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and processes.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required within the Finance team.
Ideal Candidate Profile: A qualified accountant with relevant experience.
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of deliverables.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
