Being a Moxy Crew Member means more than just hooking guests up with extra towels.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities Helping guests and creating positive experiences Manage checking guests in/out the Moxy and Residence Inn way Serve food and beverages to company standards.
Manage all bills and payments correctly Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
To ensure the total cash takings balance with the Opera settlements report and the receipt sheet and to complete the banking according to the correct procedure.
Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely Supporting other Crew Members Carry out the Cleaning of areas as requested, Security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety.
Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
The preparation of Room Service orders and service to the rooms when required.
Setting up meeting rooms as requested.
To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.

Useful Experience Experience within the service industry Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws Personal experience of travel and travel industry
