Night Auditor

Night Auditor The Beresford hotel IFSC is a busy 3 star hotel located in the heart of Dublin city center.
We are looking for a part-time night auditor to join or front office team.
As a night auditor you will be providing a friendly and efficient service and will be in charge of the safety and security of our guests during the night You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel.
Small cleaning tasks.
Supervise the night porter.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Maintain hotel security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Requirements: Candidates with good customer service experience will be considered as full training will be provided.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Customer service attitude.
Familiarity Guestline PMS is an advantage.
