NYX Hotels is a part of the Leonardo Hotels UK&I portfolio.As a result we are now looking for an enthusiastic, genuine, and friendly Night Porter who wants to contribute to our guests having a happy and memorable stay with us.
Your responsibilities will be: Be yourself!Be a vibrant host for guests and ensure they feel welcomed to the world of NYX HotelsBe a dependable and reassuring influence for guestsHandle guests incidents, complaints and coordinate service recovery where required in conjunction with the Manager.Identifying, communicating all issues (maintenance, equipment, etc)Following company control procedures in accordance with the internal audit requirements.Confidently know all emergency procedures, full knowledge of the fire manual.Working in partnership with the Night Manager to ensure all Nights Department objectives are fulfilled.Close daily business and secure propertyPrepare hotel for new day – Particular attention to detail on cleanliness and presentation is vital.Aid all departments while on shift – knowledge of bar & restaurant would be beneficial.
