The 4* Maritime Hotel  in Bantry certified as a Great Place to Work is currently seeking applications for the role of Night Porter .
The ideal candidate will be able to provide a high level of customer service and also have the ability to deal with any guests' queries.
  This is part time role, including weekends and candidate may also be required to work some day shifts from time to time.

Responsibilities will include: Offer a welcoming, polite, and efficient porter service to hotel guests and customers.
Assist with luggage handling, directions, and other guest needs to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Operate the reception desk during night shifts, managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
Attend to guests in the lobby area, providing support as needed, such as delivering amenities, arranging transportation, or resolving concerns.
To ensure the security of all guests and customers and of the hotel complex.
