Ensuring smooth bar operations and top notch service deliveryManagement of the bar teamBusiness development of clientele list and managing guest traffic levels, ensuring club maintains optimum occupancy levelsCandidate requirements:
At least two years' experience as Nightclub Manager with background in bar managementSolid knowledge of the Dublin night sceneProven track record of sourcing new business and managing guest numbersExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsProven leadership skills with positive management styleAvailability for late night shiftsCity centre location with good public transport access.
