As a Content Moderator, you will be: Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content.Enforcing clients Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site.Using market specific knowledge and insights to find scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.Skills & Competences: Familiarity with social media.A team player.Motivation and ambition.... then you're the one!
Language Skills: Fluent in Norwegian (B2-C1-C2)Advanced level of English (B2)*If you are not sure about your level of language, we can offer you an assessment. Location: Dublin 18. This is an office job. Salary: 30.000€
