Norwegian Sales Rep - Remote Wfh (Ireland)

Contact Centre – Telesales Agent (Norwegian) We are seeking people who are hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun!
As the Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will be required to sell a range of products to existing customers through outbound telephone calling. No cold calling required.
In doing so, you will provide our customers with incredible service while establishing long-term customer relationships.
What you will do: Calling existing customers and generating increased salesManage a database of unassigned accounts with associated Sales Revenue and Key Performance targetsEnsure customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the customer of any new productsVerifying the order and customer details onlineAchieve weekly individual sales targetsAttend weekly team catch-up meetingsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processesReceive ongoing training, support, and coaching from your supervisorAny other duties/projects as directed by Senior ManagementWhat we need from you: Fluent in NORWEGIAN and EnglishMinimum of 1 year experience in sales, building relationships with key decision-makersPassionate about delivering customer service and managing customer expectationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureBeing a team playerSalary and benefits: Salary: €27,700 + uncapped commissionPermanent contractWFH, working remotely in IrelandPensionThis company offers excellent career progression opportunities.
