Dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in production processes, delivering exceptional products to both domestic and international markets.This role will be starting off on an initial 12-month maternity cover with strong opportunity to transfer to a permanent position.
Reporting to the Technical Manager you will play a pivotal role in the development of new products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and innovation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Marketing, to bring new concepts to life from idea generation through to product launch.Criteria Degree educated in relevant discipline (Food Technology/Food Science/Food Innovation etc)Have a passion and interest in foodPrevious NPD/Development Chef experience from placement/studies is essentialWorking hours will be Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) and flexible with start/finish times.
