A highly innovative Food & Beverage Company based in Tipperary is seeking a creativeNPD Technologist to join their dynamic team.
In this role, youll lead exciting projects, developing new products from concept to market launch across retail, foodservice sectors.
What youll do: Lead product development from idea generation to implementation.
Develop innovative prototypes using new ingredients and technologies.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to bring cutting-edge products to life.
Manage factory trials and ensure seamless scale-up production.
Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
What were looking for: BSc in Food Science/Technology/Nutrition or related field.
1-2 years experience in product development (Food & Drinks category).
Passionate foodie with strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communicator and a self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
