Position Scope/Summary: The NPI Operator provides support to the NPI Tech Solutions engineers in building and testing products and processes.
Position Requirements: Employees are expected to support the quality concepts inherent in the business philosophies of the company, including a variety of job-related tasks which may not be specific to this position profile.
Office Administrative Support, including but not limited to: Perform all duties assigned by the supervisor. Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Job Breakdown Sheets. Complete and comply with all documentation as required in the documentation process. Carry out asset care on equipment and set up machines in job specific areas. Be involved in Continuous Improvement projects. Comply with all quality standards and GMP pertaining to production. Help maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring high standards of housekeeping and control of chemicals. Comply with all LRM behavioral standards. Keen to learn and work on new equipment and processes. Environmental Working Conditions: Ability to work in a demanding user environment Skills and Knowledge Minimum 2-5 years' experience in the medical device industry is essential.
Must be able to communicate and work with people inside and outside the departments while using excellent interpersonal skills and presenting a professional friendly and courteous image.
Be conscientious with strong attention to detail, quality focused with the ability to follow SOPs and diligent in documentation. Experience in Microsoft Office package, completing Inspection logs, and test reports is beneficial.
Experience in Straightening, CAM Grinding, Micro Coiling, Braiding, Laser welding, Catheter assembly, and various inspection instruments would also be advantageous.
Minimum Education and Experience: Leaving certificate or equivalent, excellent communication skills.
