About us The National Screening Service (NSS) delivers four national population-based screening programmes – for cervical, breast and bowel screening and for detecting sight-threatening retinopathy in people with diabetes.

About the role: The purpose of the post is to ensure a proactive approach in the management and implementation of quality assurance and compliance for NSS ICT in line with national policies and guidance, new developments, statutory / legislative requirements and corporate objectives.
The ICT Quality Assurance Coordinator will work across all programmes/departments in conjunction with the ICT & QSR teams:
Leading on the development and implementation of an annual ICT compliance plan and review the effectiveness. Providing specialist advice and support to service colleagues to facilitate informed long-term and short-term ICT compliance decision making. Oversee service improvements processes in a structured manner for the ICT team especially in the area of quality, risk and incident management. Responsibilities: The Senior ICT Compliance Analyst will ensure that the local structures for implementation are adequately supported to deliver the required update to workflows, processes and procedures.
Please refer to detailed job description The person: An academic award in Quality Management at level 7 (or higher) on the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) or equivalent or have commenced on an academic course to achieve such award. Or
·2 years relevant experience of working in a Quality Assurance role at managerial level A professional qualification in a related area And Experience of developing, implementing and maintaining standards, policies, procedures and guidelines and monitoring compliance with same, as relevant to the role Experience in project management as relevant to the role Experience in working on projects which have involved multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams. Experience of managing and working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders as relevant to this role.
