Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all patients.
This position involves working with interdisciplinary teams in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health facilities.
Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality care to patients, following clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Assessments and Diagnostics: Perform patient assessments, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
Treatment and Intervention: Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care.
Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication with patients and their families to educate and inform about health conditions and care plans.
Documentation: Record accurate and timely information in medical records and adhere to all documentation standards.
Compliance: Adhere to all healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies to maintain high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
Requirements: Education: Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's).
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, though newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.
Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Characteristics: Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to patient care.
Language: You must be able to communicate in English ( Reading, Writing, Listening and Talking).
