Nurse required for HSE treatment centres based in Mullingar Addiction experience would be preferable but not essential.
It would be desirable to at leave have an awareness of the National Drug Strategy Varied hours – client can be accommodating where possible Ideally a nurse who can cover the 4 centre however open too a nurse who can do eg Tullamore and Portlaoise or Athlone and Mullingar Duties would include: Manage waiting list Carry out initial assessments Work up to commence treatment Phlebotomy skills, giving vaccinations Running of clinic Dealing with clients in addiction and also dual diagnosis Working as part of a MDT Depending on the clinic the shifts would vary.
For example Mullingar would require Monday and Wednesday shifts, Athlone Monday to Friday.
