Position SummaryThe Nestlé Nutrition Team is recruiting a talented Medical and Scientific Affairs Manager who will join our rapidly expanding and dynamic category. This role would be reporting to the Country Category Manager for Nutrition and will be a member of the UK&I medical team with a functional line to the Head of Medical & Regulatory in the UK. The ideal candidate will lead the medical insights and expertise for the Irish market and be the medical lead on the baby food portfolio for UK&I. Provide support on the development and implementation of brand plans and business activities.
A day in the life of a Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs Manager...Develop and maintain a network of KOLs throughout the neonatal, maternity, medical setting, medical organisations, and external stakeholders.Provide medical & scientific support for our field-based team, category, and marketing team in Ireland.Ensure compliance with all risk management, corporate and regulatory requirements as they apply to this function and for all external marketing communications.Develop strategic KOL channel contact strategy and support the field team on their territory planning process, HCP engagements & product ranging.Provide clinical expertise and insights to internal & external stakeholders.Develop and present product and scientific training and updates on topics relevant to the area of interests of the business.Support the UK team with Irish KOLs at Concept Board - Advisory Board - Webinars.Provide medical & scientific revisions and approvals of Irish communication materials.Will be the medical & scientific lead for two brand portfolios for UK&I.What will make you successfulThe successful candidate will have thorough knowledge of nutritional assessments and hold a Nutrition (Registered Nutritionist) or (Registered Dietetic) qualification - Degree, PG Diploma or Masters' Degree. They will also:
