Key Responsibilities: For Basic Grade Candidates : Conduct assessments to identify the occupational needs of service users.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional independence and quality of life.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning.
Document progress and adjust interventions as required.
For Senior Grade Candidates : Lead the planning and delivery of advanced occupational therapy services.
Provide clinical supervision and mentor-ship to junior team members.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic, person-centerd care.
Educate and support families, caregivers, and team members to optimise outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Occupational Therapy (recognised by CORU or equivalent regulatory body).
Current registration with CORU (or eligibility to register).
For Basic Grade: A passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care (experience in disability services is a plus but not essential).
For Senior Grade: Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience, including at least one year in a relevant field (e.g., disability, rehabilitation).
Proven leadership and mentoring skills are essential.
