Of Counsel - Privacy A leading law firm is looking for an experienced privacy lawyer to join their ranks as a Senior Associate Solicitor or Of Counsel.

What you'll be doing: Providing expert guidance on all areas of data protection and privacy law, including GDPR compliance, international data transfers, and data subject access requests.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of data protection agreements, such as data processing agreements, data transfer agreements, and privacy policies.
Advising on data protection issues within corporate transactions, including due diligence, data room management, and the drafting of relevant clauses for transaction documents.
Assisting clients with data protection impact assessments, data breach response plans, and other compliance initiatives.
Collaborating with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
What you'll bring to the table: Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in data protection and privacy law, gained either in-house or in private practice.
A strong grasp of Irish and EU data protection legislation and best practices.
Proven experience advising on data protection matters within a corporate/commercial context, including M&A transactions and commercial contracts.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
