Off Beat Donuts are made fresh on site throughout the day in front of our customers with unique recipes, which we have fine-tuned to deliver the delicious donuts customers have come to know and love.
Due to the planned opening of a new location in Monread Fare Naas, we are looking to recruit enthusiastic, creative, and passionate people to join our new team.
The Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service at all times.Plan and prepare ingredient quantities in advance and ensure sufficient and timely deliveries of finished donuts.Maintain an in-depth product knowledge of the Offbeat range and promote any special offers/product promotions to customers.Make and finish the Offbeat range of donuts to the specified recipes to the highest quality standard required.Ensure the counter is presented to the highest standard and in line with company guidelines at all times.Control the use of ingredients, minimize waste, and maintain the food cost at the agreed level.Comply with all HACCP and hygiene requirements to ensure the highest standard of hygiene and food safety at all times.Complete all daily paperwork and participate in the routine reviews of these records (e.g., Daily sheets, orders, waste records, food cost, HACCP records, etc.).Be a team player, fully flexible, and assist across all departments where needed.Prepare coffee for customers.Changes may be made in this Job Description from time to time, as the business evolves and develops.
