We are offering the successful candidate an opportunity to get involved in the property industry.
This role provides a chance to learn valuable life skills in communication, bookkeeping, legal and administrative duties, and business management.
Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and efficiently handling requests.
Utilizing IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and conducting online meetings and presentations.
Posting advertisements for properties available for rent or sale.
Coordinating with various contractors for maintenance and repairs across a range of properties.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, managing deadlines, arranging client meetings, and creating brochures.
Site visits may be required.
Communicating with government bodies related to the property industry.
Qualifications: Excellent English language skills and strong communication abilities.
Basic understanding of accounts and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in using office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
