Company Overview: Our client, based in Dublin 22, specialises in providing both off-the-shelf and bespoke back-up power solutions for some of the largest commercial and public sector organisations in the country, including Data Centres, Financial Institutions, Government bodies, Hospitals, and Universities.
They are currently seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to support their sales and projects team.
** CLIENT REQUESTS REFERENCES TO BE CHECKED & VERIFIED PRIOR TO MEETING ANY CANDIDATES ** Role Overview: As an Office Administrator , you will report to the Director of Sales and play a key role in the daily operations of the Sales and Projects Department.
You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient running of these departments.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales and Projects teams.
Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and customer invoicing through business management systems.
Maintain, validate, and update records in the business management systems, including Kerridge.
Manage communications by email and phone, responding to inquiries from suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operational support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support departmental goals.
Required Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills for handling purchasing and invoicing processes.
Ability to learn and use industry-specific systems.
Experience in the construction sector and familiarity with RCT is advantageous.
Strong professional communication skills.
Proven ability to work to deadlines and as part of a team.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Fully authorised to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
