Office Administrator

Office Administrator working in the Print & Dispatch area – 3 month contract initially.
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, on site
Hourly rate: €15ph
Role will start on: 20th January 2025.
Responsibilities:Sorting through documents thoroughly and ensuring there are no errors before posting them to the members.Proficient in Life400, Workflow, and Microsoft Suite.Introductory level Salesforce.Managing and packaging bulk policy documents in a streamlined manner.Generating pins and passwords for security purposes.Arranging returned post to be documented on Life400.Using Workflow to monitor the daily workflow of documents being processed, engaging with other teams specifically on teams 2, 3, and 4 to ensure all documents are correct and posted efficiently.Engaging with the print team daily, dividing tasks, and maintaining a good rapport with other teams.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years administration experience is required to apply for this role.
