The Fitzwilliam hotel has an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to support the HR team.
The purpose of this role is to assist the HR team with supporting the business for the full employee life cycle, from on-boarding through to end of employment, specifically the administrative tasks required.
Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Provide general administrative support to HR team, Including scheduling meetings & managing calendars.
Update HR systems with employee changes, such as new hires, promotions, transfers & leavers.
Employee file management and maintenance.
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings in HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements and conduct regular data audits.
Support the on-boarding process of new starters, including communication, new hire paperwork, uniforms and first day induction Generate HR reports to support decision-making for the HR team.
Coordinate training records and update the training record system.
Assist with coordinating information for weekly payroll by collecting and coordinating employee starter forms and ensure accurate record management is maintained (including absenteeism, annual leave, etc) .
Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Responsible for uniform stockroom and maintain supplies; also manage the locker tracker.
Prepare HR documents, such as change in details, confirmation of employment letters, etc.
Work with the HR team to support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects.
Support with HR projects and initiatives and work together with cross functional support for other teams within the company e.g.
Great Place to Work, Green and H&S Teams.
In this role you will gain: Exposure to HR in a fast-paced environment.
An in-depth overview of the the full range of Human Resources i.e.
Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, general HR admin and support, learning & development.
The ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the culture and employee experience.
