YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFEWe are looking for a Office Administrator (Part-Time) in Athgarvan Road,, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, Newbridge W12W951 IRL.
Your mission will be to:Be responsible for managing the administration process of samples collected and received from our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team.
Working hours will be 16 hours per week over three/four days.
Flexibility to work additional hours will be required to provide cover in the office during holiday or sickness periods.Provide receipt and feedback to the retailer of samples received against pre-set structures and schedulesLogging samples received to LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)Build and maintain files of ordered folders and reporting structuresPopulation of reports for products received under contractTake photographs and review samples received, upload photographs and attach to reportsArrangement of all samples, pack and courier of samples to subcontract laboratoryReceipt of subcontract reports and digitally file to the relevant folder systemMaintain sample retention until completion of resultUpload results via file link as appropriateUpkeep and maintenance of an orderly office.
Recycle wasteYOUR PROFILEA minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Administrator/Clerical OfficerGood competency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken EnglishHighly organised with experience of working within a fast-paced environmentFull, clean driving licence with flexibility to travel local for collections of productsAbility to prioritise tasks and work to deadlinesExcellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and tasksTeam player with the ability to work on your own initiativeAbility to handle sensitive, confidential informationEnthusiastic and motivated self-starterWHY JOIN US?
