Key Responsibilities of the Role:Processing a high volume of invoicesDatabase/Tracker MaintenanceActioning off hire requestsNotifying the involved parties for taking appropriate action on pending documents and invoicesGeneral Administration Office Duties - Filing, typing, photocopying, faxing, etc.Perform other duties as assigned by line managerEssential Criteria for the Role:Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookExcellent telephone mannerAbility to multitask and work under pressureStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsPride in the quality and presentation of workExperience in the construction or engineering industryExperience using SAPLanguagesMercury is an equal opportunities employer.
