Job Description Being a Office Administrator will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service.
You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have.
You will be responsible for all invoicing and filing of the Branch.
Responsibilities Greet Customers when they walk through the door Documents sale by creating open jobs or updating customer records via in-house system Excellent communication skills and telephone manner Processing payments, processing invoices, filing invoices etc.... Keeping all Fleet paperwork up to date Book in vehicles whilst keeping the Customer updated by follow up phone calls Build rapport through conversations and honest recommendations for Customer Vehicles Be able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionally Experience Someone who is able to navigate through a computer Motor Trade interest preferred High Energy, Friendly personality and strong willed Capable of interpreting customer' words and showing them professional Customer Service that meet their needs
