Job DescriptionBeing a Office Administrator will involve you interacting with customers on a day to day basis whilst providing excellent customer service.
You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers and helping them with any questions/queries they have.
You will be responsible for all invoicing and filing of the Branch.ResponsibilitiesGreet Customers when they walk through the doorDocuments sale by creating open jobs or updating customer records via in-house systemExcellent communication skills and telephone mannerProcessing payments, processing invoices, filing invoices etc….Keeping all Fleet paperwork up to dateBook in vehicles whilst keeping the Customer updated by follow up phone callsBuild rapport through conversations and honest recommendations for Customer VehiclesBe able to deal with stressful situations calmly and professionallyExperienceSomeone who is able to navigate through a computerMotor Trade interest preferredHigh Energy, Friendly personality and strong willedCapable of interpreting customer' words and showing them professional Customer Service that meet their needs
