The Opportunity * Are you interested in taking up a part-time position, based in Limerick City, between 10:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday?
* Are you eager to continue your career and gain additional experience?
Overview Our client, based in Limerick City, is currently seeking anOffice Assistant (Part-time)to join their company on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis.
Who we are seeking * An organised individual who is interetsed in taking-up a part-time position, based in Limerick City, between 10:00am - 2:00pm from Monday to Friday * Possess the ability to meet strict deadlines * Logical and thorough approach to work Overview of the Responsibilities * Checking office inventory and re-stocking office and washrooms supplies * Co-ordinate office repairs with third party suppliers * Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing mails and packages * Arrange in-office lunch * Arrange catering for meetings as required * Setting up rooms for occasional meetings * Other related duties as required.
