Office Manager CREGG are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Administrative Assistant III to join Galways leading medical device manufacturing company.

Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.
Administers interdepartmental or interunit programs or processes.
May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.
Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization.
The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.
Performs a wide variety of nonroutine clerical and administrative tasks and may support special projects or assignments.
Makes minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area .
Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in a busy office environment Skills: secretarial administrative excel
