Who We AreCurtins are a consulting engineering company, we provide design solutions for the safe and sustainable building of the environment all around us. A new vacancy has arisen to join our growing team in Dublin.
We are based in the heart of the city and will soon be moving to a new modern office in the Liberties. We offer Hybrid working and can provide flexibility to suit your work life balance.
The roleAs office manager, you will lead the administration support in our Dublin office and act as a central support system to ensure the smooth running of the office.
We are looking for someone to work 25-30 hours per week over 4-5 days; however, we would also consider someone looking for full-time work and would supplement the Office Manager role with Bid administration duties for our central Bid team.
Typical duties will include:
Creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and visitors. Information management support throughout the design project lifecycle. Manage the office suppliers and general accounting tasks. Manage the local tenancy agreement and office maintenance. Implementing procedures and systems to ensure the smooth running of the office. Scheduling appointments, travel, and diary management as required. Assisting in staff onboarding procedures including preparation for new starters and office inductions. Auditing, monitoring, and promoting compliance in line with our quality standards. Managing local health and safety requirements for example, fire and first aid cover. Supporting with the collating of information for bid documents & promotional material. The right fit Highly competent administrator with excellent attention to detail, organisation & time management skills. Friendly and approachable with a positive outlook and creative problem-solving skills. Able to multitask and manage varied priorities. It would be advantageous to have experience using project portals/ Common Data Environments such as Viewpoint and BIM 360 - but this is not essential.
