I am currently seeking an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant for my client, a public body based in Galway City. This is a temporary position with view to permanency for the right candidate. You must be available for an immediate start.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management in a dynamic public body. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and have a passion for supporting leadership teams.
Role Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and management team, including scheduling and managing appointments.Organise and attend meetings, prepare documents, presentations, and record minutes for board meetings.Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.Manage and complete lobbying returns.Compile statistics on a quarterly basis and submit to relevant body.Assist with ad-hoc projects assigned by the executive team, ensuring timely and efficient completion.Manage the CEO's calendar and travel arrangements for executive team as required.Maintain personnel records; organise and attend staff meetings.Actively contribute as a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility team and the "Green Team."Role Requirements:Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work independently in a busy office environment. Strong personal efficiency and time management skills.Experience in creating and designing PowerPoint presentations.Proactive attitude with a sense of responsibility.Demonstrated discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information.Strong communication skills.Minimum 5 years' experience as an Office Manager/ Executive Assistant or similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.Please apply today if you are interested in this position or contact ****** for any queries.
