We are a Cork based Heritage Company and due to continued growth, we are now recruiting an Office Manager to join our team.
OFFICE MANAGER We are looking for a highly skilled, resourceful and talented Office Manager to ensure our office runs smoothly and to support all functions across the company.
This is a multifaceted role, making it ideal for a versatile individual.
The position would suit an accomplished Manager who is looking to take on a new challenge.
The Manager will be the focal point of contact for all employees and provide operation and administration assistance to the Company Director across all aspects of the business.
There is a strong project management element to the role.
They will help to foster a positive and efficient work environment that continuously strives for excellence.
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not required) Strong project management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role Excellent organizational skills Proficiency in office software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills Ability to be flexible and respond to challenges as they arise Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures (preferred but not required) Benefits Salary €40,000 to €47,000 depending on experience Hybrid and flexible working conditions for the right candidate.
