BANRACH Consulting Engineers Ltd based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare, is a progressive design practice, looking to recruit an Office Manager for its busy office.
Salary: €30000+ depending on experience This role requires expertise in the following areas: PA/Administration, Office Management, Marketing & Tendering duties.
Experience in the everyday running of an Engineering, Architectural & Project Management firm preferable.
Experience preferable in consultancy, construction or legal.
Serve as a point of contact for office manager duties and manage vendor contracts.
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the office/company eg IT, Digital Marketing.
Maintain work areas; handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, post), and manage filing system and office supplies.
Must be competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills a must for a diverse growing client base.
Candidate must have the necessary skills to coordinate staff and prioritize workload.
