My client is looking to recruit anOffice Sales Engineerto join a dynamic and innovative team where they specialise in delivering cutting-edge engineering solutions.

Main responsibilities include: Develop new business through virtual visits, emails, and communication tools while managing customer relationships.Achieve sales targets, focusing on turnover, profitable growth, and total cost of ownership (TCO) for designated accounts.Create and execute tailored account plans for a portfolio primarily consisting of OEMs and other chain customers.Identify industry-specific trends and opportunities to enhance market development and convert leads into business.Design and implement efficient processes, tools, and campaigns while collaborating with key stakeholders to improve overall sales performance.The ideal candidate will have the following: Basic product knowledge and application understanding within the industry; prior experience is preferable.
(Mechanical Engineering/Electrical/Mechatronics)Bachelor's / master's degree, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; equivalent years of experience accepted.Strong analytical skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a proactive approach.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.Highly organized and goal-oriented, demonstrating resilience in the face of challenges.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorships already in place.
