Your responsibilitiesWe are recruiting for an Administration Coordinator to join on a 6 month FTC based at our Dublin office. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role is responsible for performing a varied number of tasks that optimise the service performance for our customers.Order Development & Contracts – including sales order coordination, pricing & data coordination.Service Contract & Field Service Support – including field service coordination, and contract administration.Surgical & Medical Sales - including resolving Territory Managers (TMs) administration queries as well as daily progression of sales activities using in-house CRM system.Customer Service – working with other Coordinators in the Olympus Ireland team and collaborating when necessary with other regions to obtain the best outcome for customer queries.Arranging collections from customer site to UK and processing customs paperwork to support.Minimum RequirementsYou will demonstrate experience in a similar position.Demonstrate customer service focus in your approach.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.Strong collaboration and team player.Able to manage a varied workload and work productively under pressure.Core ValuesPatient Focus - We put patients at the heart of everything.Integrity - We do the right thing.Innovation - We look for new ways to make things better.Impact - We take accountability and get things done.Empathy - We care for one another and work together.BenefitsCompetitive salary with contributions to employee pensions.Healthcare plans and support.A generous annual leave entitlement which increases over your length of service.Support for work-life balance with flexible working hours and hybrid working model.Discounted gym membership.Further information:Valuing diverse perspectives and lifestyles is closely aligned with our core values.
