Client Support Specialist- Warehousing and DistributionLocation: Onsite in Dublin 15We are currently recruiting for an On-site Client Support Specialist to collaborate closely with our account management and cross-functional teams.
This role focuses on providing on-site services, managing product distribution, offering technical support, solving problems, and maximizing business opportunities for both the company and our customers.
Responsibilities: Deliver products to various locations around the client site.Receive goods, including checking, counting, and putting away stock.Pick and pack customer orders within agreed timeframes and order turnaround times.Manage stock levels on-site to ensure required levels are maintained.Conduct stock checks and cycle counts with a proactive approach to maintaining accuracy.Operate a computerized Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other systems.Take a proactive approach to identify both problems and solutions.Support project rollouts, ongoing objectives, and critical customer requirements.Maintain flexibility to perform other duties as required.Use company vehicles and forklifts.Manage project deliverables and tasks to completion within specified timeframes.Perform manual repairs when necessary, following procedures and guidance.Install and move equipment as required.Work with various computerized systems.Skills and Experience Required: Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethicCan use own initiative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify customer needs, sales opportunities, and passionate about providing a high level of customer serviceStrong technical abilityExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProblem solving aptitudeFull Irish driver's licence desirableForklift experience desirablePrior experience using stock control systems such as SAP, or similar systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferred
