On-site Inventory Controller - Job ProfileControlled Environments Company (CEC) is a single source supplier and solutions provider to customers operating in critically clean and controlled environments.
We are looking for an On-site Inventory Controller to work closely with account management and cross functional teams within the organisation to help in the management of critical stock items, provision of on-site services, product distribution, problem solving solutions, technical support, and to maximise business opportunities for both CEC and the end-customer.Responsibilities:Management of critical inventory items held in on-site and off-site locationsGoods Receiving to include checking, counting, and put-away of stockPicking and packing customer orders to agreed timeframes and order turnaround timesDelivery of products to various locations around client siteManagement of stock levels around site to ensure required levels are maintainedStock checks and cycle counting of products in warehouse with pro-active approach to maintaining stock accuracyWork with a computerised WMS and other systemsProactive approach to identify both problems and solutionsSupport projects such as warehouse start-up, on-going objectives, and critical customer requirementsFlexibility to perform other duties as requiredUse of company vehicles and forkliftManage project deliverables and tasks to completion within specified timeframesTroubleshooting and fix of hardware where trained and appropriateWork with a series of computerised systemsSkills and Experience Required:Flexible, reliable, hardworking with a positive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to use own initiative and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to identify customer needs and passionate about providing a high level of customer serviceStrong technical abilityPrior warehouse experience and/or understanding of parts used for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, & Operations) desirableExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProblem solving aptitudeFull Irish driver's licence requiredForklift experience desirablePrior experience using stock control systems such as SAP, or similar systemsCleanroom experience is desirable, but not essentialStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTech-savvy / Mechanically minded individual with experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues a distinct advantage2-3 years' experience in a similar role preferred
