Online Shopping Assistant

Main purpose of the role:
Shop and fulfil orders on behalf of our customers using the SuperValu.ie service.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Previous retail experience is desirableShop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with productsExcellent communication skillsAccuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexibleAbility to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Main duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and ImaginativeShop to specific targets whilst being selective and accurate with productsHave good product knowledge to ensure the items that are picked are of the highest quality and substitution chosen are appropriatePack the products in the correct temperature zone and in such a way they arrive at the customers' home in perfect conditionMake decisions on behalf of customers if products ordered are unavailableWork on own initiative with very little supervisionKeep up to date with team communicationDeal with routine customer queries.About the locality: FULL TIME POSITION RETAIL EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL OVER 18'S ONLY WORKING WITH A GREAT TEAM TO FULFILL CUSTOMERS ONLINE ORDERS FULL TRAINING PROVIDED & OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER PROGRESSION
