Dublin, D05 P7W8Opening Date: August 2024Job PurposeThe Denis Mahony Motor Group was founded in 1963 on Glasnevin Hill, Dublin 11. Since then, the group has transformed itself into one of the leading motor retail groups in Ireland. The group has branches in Kilbarrack and Exit 5, M50, with a portfolio of renowned car franchises such as Toyota & Lexus and the aftersales agents for Mercedes-Benz. Each branch has its own fully equipped, state-of-the-art service department. To assist in our push to a better online experience for our customers, the group currently wishes to recruit a full-time Online Vehicle Specialist to join our team based across the group in both branches.
Responsibilities will includeCreating, editing and managing digital advertising production consistent with the organisation's brand, style and tone. This will entail taking photos and videos of cars.Increasing brand awareness, growing online traffic and generating leads.Development of Denis Mahony's online presence using all social media mediums, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Google, TikTok.Monitoring key metrics such as audience growth, audience profile, audience engagement, content reach, and engagement by content type and leads.Reacting to analytics and implementing continuous optimisation.Showcasing our brand USPs to an online audience.Conducting periodic web content audits across all media, editing the websites where necessary.Responsible for preparing, implementing and managing all online vehicle content across the Denis Mahony retail business.Desirable experience and skillsHave a Degree in IT or Marketing.Possess excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of website analysis and maintenance.Have social and digital media experience.Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail.Be proactive, self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative.Have a proven ability to build strong relationships and work well with multiple stakeholders in the business.Hold a full, valid and current driving licence.Have experience in a retail motor industry sales position.Previous experience or knowledge of the Toyota, Lexus or Mercedes-Benz brands is desirable.Knowledge of automotive financing and ancillary products and services is an advantage.Experience of Salesforce is an advantage.Have broad overall business acumen and industry knowledge.Suitably qualified and experienced candidates should forward their letters of application together with a full Curriculum Vitae and an indication of their salary expectation to: Noel Rabbitte, Operations Director, Denis Mahony Motor Group, Exit 5 M50, North Road, Dublin 11, D11 T950.
