Are you our next Operational Finance – Manager / Associate Director? Location: Dublin Grade: Manager / Associate Director Contract type: Permanent A snapshot of your peer group: Good analytical skills providing insights and commentary to the business owners.Ability to create reports / forecasting (including engagement metrics, headcount, profitability, ROI, etc).Developing and implementing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the consulting business.Ability to be flexible in meeting changing priorities.Ability to work as a team player.Excellent drive, enthusiasm and commitment focused on quality of output.Strong technical knowledge of business finance.Ability to prioritise and manage tasks under pressure on an ongoing basis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience of presenting financial performance to business owners.Strong IT skills, advanced excel and large ERP system experience preferable; dealing with large volumes of data essential.ACA Accounting qualification, ideally practice trained with post-qualification experience delivering financial reporting in a fast-paced high-volume environment.Person The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in consulting, with experience in financial reporting, forecasting, and stakeholder management. They will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will also have strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Demonstrate high standards of accuracy and attention to details.Established strong financial and analytical skills.Have proven experience of delivering analysis reports under tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.You take pride in what you do and ownership for finding solutions to business challenges.You work in support of the team agenda, collaborating effectively with all levels of the organisation.You can cope with change and ambiguity and always deliver to deadlines.You can work on your own initiative.You are pragmatic, diplomatic, high energy, transparent, motivated, flexible and always work with the highest integrity.
