Operational Risk Specialist

Oliver James have partnered with a multinational insurance organisation to recruit for an Operational Risk Specialist!
You will support the Head of Risk in maintaining an effective operational risk management framework and the additional requirements below:
Supporting the risk and operations functions to strengthen the company's outsourcing and resilience frameworks.Undertake key control testing, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of critical end-to-end processes and controls.Assessing compliance with new regulations and guidance.Support the senior management team and board committees with contributions to the risk management reports.Experience required: Financial Services (ideally insurance) experience.Risk Advisory or audit professional qualification.Previous experience in process reviews and non-financial risk management (e.g., conduct risk).Please reach out to Caragh in Oliver James for more information or apply directly to be considered!
