DescriptionPurpose of the Role The Operational Business Partner will be responsible for the monitoring, analysing, interpreting and reporting of performance activity in the hospital and ensuring this meets the needs of CHI at Crumlin, cross site and HSE.
The post holder will be required to ensure compliance with required national reporting standards, and ensuring all data, both internal and external to the organisation is submitted in a timely manner and in line with national requirements.
Minimum RequirementsMinimum Fetac Level 5 Course in Management & Supervisor or Five (5) years relevant experienceMinimum of 2 years' experience of working in healthcare or related fieldAbility to work to deadlines and devise and implement plans and changes.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsApplications for this post must be accompanied by a cover letter, setting out relevant experience that illustrates how the essential criteria listed above is met.
