Operations Analyst

Our Global Financial Services client is seeking to hire an Operations Analyst for their growing team.
The day to day will likely involve:
Executing more complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs)Identifying, documenting, and investigating processes/exceptions arising from transactions/processes beyond first level operations service deliveryPrioritising and completing own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity and / or support team manager in prioritising and managing team workloadThe ideal candidate will likely have;
- Prior Operations experience gained in Financial Services
