SAP in Ireland has a workforce of 2,300 colleagues from all board areas based in Dublin and Galway and Ireland is a key location within the SAP Labs Network (SLN) and supporting SAP's strategic growth.
The Management Support Specialist will work closely with the Leadership team in Ireland providing business support and financial support on a range of key location topics supporting collaboration and alignment across the respective business units operating in Ireland.
· Business planning & execution - Labs Governance & general administration - Management reporting & presentations - Cross-projects / Special and ad-hoc projects - Support translation of location strategy to execution; operationalization of targets - Provide support across all Lines of Business in order that the Labs in Ireland supports SAP's route to market - Track progress vs. plan and create transparency, support the effective management and co-ordination of meetings and follow up actions with different stakeholders - Integrate business deliverables, resources, productivity into one plan - Cascade targets & plans within organization developing collaborative work relationships within own team and cross-functionally with Finance, Facilities, Procurement, HR, IT and lines of business teams · Operational efficiency - Provide the necessary operational support for keyprojects - Support the co-ordination of all required operational tasks both within SAP support of SAP's relationship with Government bodies and semi-state agencies - Perform management reporting activities also ensuring that SAP reporting tools are used - Support the co-ordination of activities with the different employee network groups and ensure governance requirements continue to be fulfilled - Labs cost control & investment support LoB events & initiatives both internal and external What you bring · Ideally a Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business Studies or equivalent · Ability to work independently and balance work priorities and quickly highlight issues, while at the same time being able to work within the team and colleagues on all levels of the organization.
· Strong time management and organization skills, ability to multi-task and to work under tight deadlines · Interpersonal, communication and networking skills and a confidence to communicate and present at a senior level · High level of flexibility, integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work in a changing environment · Strong analytical skills and attention to detail · Demonstrated strong proficiency with MS Office Tools · Proven knowledge of written and spoken English ?
